Melissa Nichols, principal and founder of M. NICHOLS, is a highly experienced public relations and marketing communications professional. A graduate of Syracuse University’s S.I. Newhouse School of Communications, Melissa has worked in a senior public relations management capacity for such companies as Comcast, SunCom Wireless, and Verizon Communications.

Jennifer Miller Carney has worked for major public relations firms as Edelman Worldwide and Shandwick Public Affairs in Washington, D.C., providing strategic communications and editorial services for corporate, association, and nonprofit clients.

Jennifer Hollywood-Showell has worked in graphic arts and new media design and development for over 15 years. In addition to designing numerous logos, brochures and other marketing collateral, she is an experienced web designer and programmer, with expertise in such programs as Adobe Dreamweaver, Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign, Allaire Homesite and other content creation products. She has served as a web developer for corporations such as SunCom Wireless and organizations such as the Great Valley Association and the Girl Scouts of Freedom Valley.
