Melissa Nichols, principal and founder of M. NICHOLS, is a highly experienced public relations and marketing communications professional. A graduate of Syracuse University’s S.I. Newhouse School of Communications, Melissa has worked in a senior public relations management capacity for such companies as Comcast, SunCom Wireless, and Verizon Communications.

Christine Davies has extensive experience in executive positions in marketing, communications, investor relations, advertising and journalism for a range of companies including Verizon Communications, SunCom Wireless, Foote Cone & Belding, Bloomberg and Gannett (USA Today).

Karen Rountree has worked extensively as a public relations strategist and media placement expert for a variety of corporate, government and not for profit clients. She most recently served as director of public relations for SunCom Wireless. A former Project Associate for APCO Associates, a leading public affairs firm in Washington, D.C., she also has worked in television news.

Jennifer Hollywood-Showell has worked in graphic arts and new media design and development for over 15 years. In addition to designing numerous logos, brochures and other marketing collateral, she is an experienced web designer and programmer, with expertise in such programs as Adobe Dreamweaver, Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign, Allaire Homesite and other content creation products. She has served as a web developer for corporations such as SunCom Wireless and organizations such as the Great Valley Association and the Girl Scouts of Freedom Valley.
